Welsh Soprano STUDYING at the

ROYAL ACADEMY OF MUSIC

Welsh soprano GRACE HOPE-GILL is in her first year of studies with

Royal Academy Opera at the ROYAL ACADEMY OF MUSIC

… in London, under the tutelage of Catherine Wyn-Rogers and Anna Tilbrook. After completing her undergraduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music in July 2022, Grace graduated with a First-Class Honours degree and was awarded the Eldee scholarship for outstanding studentship. She is currently on the preparatory opera course and a member of the Academy Song Circle with recent successes also including, winning the John Fussell Award for Young Musicians, and coming second in the Isabel Jay Memorial Prize.

PERFORMANCE  SCHEDULE

To make each appearance a delight as Grace Hope-Gill managed was a little short of spectacular. Hope-Gill’s performance had no weak steps, a glistening tone of voice and an eardrum rattling ring, with each bar breaking oout like sunshine through clouds.”
